bullet(Copy of information) A recent Restaurant Daily Sales Report, along with a copy of each report that the management is responsible to give accounting daily or weekly
bullet(Copy of information) One typical employee and management weekly work schedule
bullet(Can be viewed during on-site visit) Review all end of day and operational reports that are currently being utilized from POS or Cash Register system.
bullet(Can be viewed during on-site visit) Last month’s inventory worksheets for food, soft beverage and alcohol related products
bullet(Can be viewed during on-site visit) All written training material such as position training, testing & employee policy handbook.
bullet(Can be viewed during on-site visit) Written back of house information such as (Kitchen prep sheets, line check sheets, recipes, cleaning check lists, product waste sheets, etc)
bullet(Discussion Only) Management and Shift Leaders salaries along with average hourly rates for each department.
